Part Time Artist Development Coach

🔥 About the Role

Ascension Studios is seeking a passionate, grounded, and high-vibe Artist Accelerator Coach to support artists through our transformational 60-day Artist Accelerator Program.

This is a part-time, contract-based role that includes a mix of creative coaching, performance prep, and accountability check-ins. You’ll help artists refine their sound, build confidence on stage, and stay on track with their release plan.

This role is perfect for a vocal coach, songwriter, artist mentor, or performer who’s ready to guide the next generation of rising artists—without the burnout.

✨ What You'll Do (Per Cohort)

You’ll work with a small group of artists (usually 4–6) and support them over the course of their 60-90 day journey with:

Two group songwriting sessions (1 hour each)

One 1:1 rehearsal coaching session per artist (1 hour each)

Weekly check-ins during the 21-Day Release Promo Period (via chat or short 15 minute call)

Encouraging artists to complete coursework, schedule studio time, and attend office hours if additional help is needed

💸 Compensation

$222 per artist per cohort (average of 15.85/hr)

Cohort sizes typically range from 4–6 artists

Example: 5 artists = $1,110 for the cohort

Paid as an independent contractor (1099)

⏱️ Time Commitment

~10–15 hours total over 60 -90 Days

-Flexible schedule with a few scheduled group sessions

-Weekly async check-ins or voice memos (no extra meetings unless needed)
