🔥 About the Role
Are you a natural communicator with a knack for building relationships? We are looking for a Community Enrollment Coordinator to help guide new clients into our programs, memberships, and services. You’ll be speaking with artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs, helping them find the right path inside Ascension Studios. (including our three high-ticket accelerator programs, monthly memberships, and marketing services)
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential, supported by lead generation, automation, and in-person appointment systems. You’ll show up with heart, close with integrity, and celebrate every new soul who steps into our community.
💸 What You’ll Earn:
-Commission on high-ticket programs, memberships, and services
-Residual income from CRM & automation clients
-You’ll be provided with warm leads, booked interviews, and training
-Reps can earn $2,000–$5,000+/month with full-time focus (part-time is welcome too)

Responsibilities:
Outreach to provided leads including dialer, email and text campaign follow-up.
Schedule tours and conduct sales presentations to introduce potential members to Ascension Studios programs and memberships.
Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Build and nurture relationships with leads to close sales.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
Strong belief in the mission of Ascension Studios and its services.

Part-time or full-time available (15–30 hrs/week)
Mix of dialer work, interviews, and follow-ups

Compensation: Commission-based pay, with uncapped earnings potential.
