What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing. It involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner to the patient, aiming to promote healing, reduce stress, and enhance relaxation. Reiki is based on the idea that life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. When this energy is low, we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and when it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
