Ascension Studios is seeking a sharp, heart-centered Talent Scout to help identify rising artists, entrepreneurs, and creatives—and enroll them into the programs, memberships, and opportunities that will elevate their craft and their calling.
This is more than a sales job—it’s about spotting talent, building trust, and helping people say YES to their next level.
✨ Your Mission
You’ll guide people through our discovery and enrollment process, making sure every artist, entrepreneur, or visionary who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and aligned with the right resources.
You’ll be the bridge between our community and the transformational containers we offer—like the Artist Accelerator, Audio Alchemy, and Aligned Business Accelerator.
💸 What You’ll Earn:
-Commission on high-ticket programs, memberships, and services
-Residual income from CRM & automation clients
-You’ll be provided with warm leads, booked interviews, and training
-Reps can earn $2,000–$5,000+/month with full-time focus (part-time is welcome too)

Responsibilities:
This role is a mix of outreach, relationship-building, and in-person connection.
✅ Talent Discovery: Use our dialer system to follow up with inbound leads and reach out to new prospects
✅ Lead Nurturing: Respond to text/email inquiries, answer questions, and follow up with interested applicants
✅ In-Person Interviews (45 min): Give studio tours, hold space for authentic conversation, and guide talent through our program offerings
✅ CRM Updates: Keep notes and lead stages updated (we’ll train you on everything)
✅ Team Collaboration: Share insights, success stories, and updates with the Ascension team

Part-time or full-time available (15–30 hrs/week)
Mix of dialer work, interviews, and follow-ups
